Problem Note 65466: Using an API to replace existing models through a data import can fail and then leave references to a model that no longer exists
If you run a model data import that replaces an existing model, either by executing custom code to call the SAS® Cost and Profitability Management API or by using Easy API, the import might fail unpredictably. You then see an “IOM call failed” message in the server log.
This failure can occur after the data file for the existing model and its associated folder have been deleted and before the new folder and model data file have been created. As a result, all references to the model in the SAS Cost and Profitability Management Client are invalid.
